TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE LEATHER SOURCING
January 2017 – Discover the conclusions reached during the « Smart Sourcing Leather Workshop », organized with the Kering Group aiming at developing sustainable leather supply chains.
Origem wants to embody the companies’ shift towards models that will transcend Human and Nature’s strength. In Portuguese, Origem means “origin” and it reminds us of the early days of products.
We met working for the Sustainable Department of a large consulting firm. Our common beliefs and our will to embrace a local field-oriented approach led us to creating Origem.
Origem is integrated within a rich ecosystem where experts can be mobilized quickly (strategy consulting firms, environmental and biodiversity assessment consulting companies, social auditors, environmental organizations).
