- In-depth analysis of the internal sourcing process and selection of priority suppliers/references to be investigated
- Dialogue and support for selected key suppliers (knowledge of upstream supply chains, yarn types used, blocking points to the sourcing of certified materials)
- Development of tailor-made solutions (evaluation with the suppliers of transformation levers and associated conditions
- Diagnosis of responsible sourcing management (critical look at the processes in place, and formulation of recommendations for changes and relevant tools )
